Leveraging the current sample pattern and the Pattern Matrix what elements in the UI need to support the User of the tool including the "Employer History" list and loop pattern.

Add clarity around:

• Does it only exist in a separate step (which must exist in advance)?
• What boundaries need to be show to the user of the tool?
• What flexibility (even if not flexible this time) need to be expressed to the user?

First steps will likely include review of the Pattern Matrix, which should inform updates to the Hi-Fidelity October pages, and eventually a clickthrough prototype showing the implementation of the pattern.
