Update digital submission designs based on Midpoint Review 2 feedback #94987

Background

We've updated our digital submission designs based on research findings and plan to head into another Veteran-facing user study to confirm comprehension of this new feature.

As such, we will be doing a second Midpoint Review. This ticket is to update any/all digital submission designs (Appoint v2, Find v3, Widget v2) with any feedback from Governance.

Midpoint Review feedback (thus far):

  1. IA Feedback
  2. Design Feedback
  3. Content Feedback
  4. A11y feedback
