Do any eCheck-in text messages need to change with the new content changes on VA.gov pages?

[ ] Review text messages, including error messages. Waiting for Justin to respond in Slack.
[ ] As a result of IPT meeting on 10/17, does VEText recommend updating the default messages or just update the messages at pilot facilities?
[ ] Create any new tickets we need to write new text message content.

We should also move these into our Production and eCheck-in Latest Design file.
