[FE] EVSS Migration: Review disability rating & EVSS connections #95091

Background

It appears that disability rating is still calling EVSS instead of Lighthouse, based on our Domo dashboard. With the coming deprecation of EVSS we need to do a final review of those connections, particularly disability rating, to make sure that we are no longer dependent on EVSS but fully migrated to Lighthouse.

@ACParker89 I don't think this is BE related. Domo tracks statistics from the FE, so I'd put a FE engineer on it. The FE will first need to determine where those metrics are coming from.

The priority of this depends on if we are still calling EVSS- if that is the case, the change needs to be made prior to the deadline of depreciation.
