Teams at the VA would like to transition to GitHub Projects with reduced manual work. Fields like Sprint, Estimate, and Status shouldn't need to be hand migrated.

[ ] Update previously created script to support new fields/data
[ ] Test script against mock project

Acceptance Criteria

[ ] A script is available for VA teams to easily migrate desired Issue data.
