  3. Are you a Veteran or service member claiming a benefit based on your own service? - No
  4. Has your sponsor transferred their benefits to you? - No
  5. Is your sponsor deceased, 100% permanently disabled, MIA, or a POW? - Yes
  6. Click Apply Now
