Practice areas will document their feedback on the VFS-provided artifacts following the Must, Should, and Consider Framework. Platform Governance reviewers may also provide additional notes that don’t comment on the artifacts themselves but are important for implementation (eg. engineering/coding notes).

• [x] Should: on error state, keep link to inbox Agree with the several folks who shared after me that I think keeping the link to the inbox, even when the inbox is probably unavailable, is a good thing for consistency, etc.
• [x] Consider: text for error state The text for the error state, 95% of the time, will be because the inbox is completely unavailable. Y'all might consider updating this error text to be more general, about system status: "We're having problems with messages right now. Check back later."
• [x] Consider: not showing error message if unable to retrieve # of messages Maybe instead of showing a text error message, we could show an empty red dot indicator (messages, but not sure how many) or no indicator at all.
