[Data] 10-10EZ: October Monthly Metrics Pull

As a HEC member, I would like to see EZ usage metrics monthly so that I know how the online EZ is doing and we can compare to pre-and-post online EZ launch & in addition we can further the VOC continuous improvement initiative.

[x] Pull metrics for the previous month (Oct)
