Architecture Intent page - update a link currently pointing to JIRA #96315

Description

Within the Architecture Intent page in the Preparing for the Architecture Intent section, there is a link to a Jira document that most teams may not have access, within the first bullet sentence "You have questions about one or more points on the template below." I am guessing that the link should be pointing to the GH Architecture Intent Meeting Template document that is also linked elsewhere on the page.
