Can I please get help removing two feature toggles? These were removed from vets-api code in PR #18195, but still need to be removed in argocd. The two feature toggles are disability_526_classifier_new_claims and disability_526_classifier_multi_contention. This PR removed the feature flags: https://github.com/department-of-veterans-affairs/vets-api/pull/18915
