As a follow-up to work completed in https://github.com/department-of-veterans-affairs/va.gov-team/issues/94147, playbooks need to be created to aid in diagnosing or providing action steps to verify issues, resolve problems, and/or notify the correct people concerning alerts sent to the #benefits-disability-notifications Slack channel.
Form 526 Backup Submission Retries exhausted.md already exists, and can serve as a template for creating other playbooks.
Playbooks that need to be created include all those for which monitors are configured to alert #benefits-disability-notifications
