The percentage of 500 codes for our Representative Status Widget is slowly increasing and we suspect these are related to LOA1 users, since the 500 code is returned when a user is missing an ICN.
Currently we show our general error state for the 500 code. If we can instead confirm users are LOA1 and show the prompt to verify their Identity (thus becoming LOA3 with an ICN), we should be able to reduce the amount of users who encounter our error state.
