Design: CHAMPVA Claims Research Report Deck for UX Design Sync-Revisions

Review Lois' suggesting on the current Powerpoint on Sharepoint and revise the slides. This will be presented to the the VA UX team of peers during the Monday VA UX design sync. This will include high-level findings discovered during the CHAMPVA Claims User Research. Include some top level recommendations, a some impactful user quotes, relevant screen shots of the digital form, and some video or audio recordings that impact our recommendations.

Keep the presentation with 20 minutes.
