Design: CHAMPVA Claims Research Report Deck-revisions #96566

Review Lois' suggesting on the current Powerpoint on Sharepoint and revise the slides. Use the CHAMPVA research report to create a deck in Google Slides. This will be presented to the CHAMPVA stakeholders during our bi-weekly meeting with the Claims team. This will include high-level findings discovered during the CHAMPVA Claims User Research and feature the additional insights that pretian to CHAMPVA and va.gov as a whole. Include our recommendations a some impactful user quotes. Keep the presentation with 20 minutes.
