new user requests: please verify that the user does not already exist in dsva.slack.com (it may be the account exists, but is not in a particular channel)

Hello, could we have the following new team member added to DSVA Slack as a Full member? Geoffrey Hart started on ABD-Toxic Exposure team as a software engineer on 10/28/2024, and received successful SAC adjudication today 11/7/2024. Thank you!
