526EZ: Review online form updates for conditions sections

Description

The disability benefits conditions team is updating the online VA Form 21-526EZ. They're updating the conditions section of the form to allow Veterans to enter all the information about their condition at once.

Reference the product team's content source of truth doc and leave content recommendations in comments in the product team's Figma file (CAIA Review page).

Update: We shared our high-level feedback with the product team and updated the intake ticket.
