Why? I.e., what is the business justification for why you need to have access to this data?

I'm not questioning that you do, but we need to document a business need, not just a desire, in these tickets.

Hi @JonathanKamensDVA. Bryan is one of our primary engineers in supporting and remediating claims for the pension and burials forms. His ability to have access to argoCD will result in our being able to better respond to issues and to research failures.
