Pre-Staging Review: Internal Testing New Confirmation Page and Received Email

Issue Description

As a VSF team member I want to test these features so that I can ensure these features are working as expected.

Tasks (2 copied from Sprint Goals doc - Eng to refine)

• [x] Test the email feature by submitting a 526
• [x] Test the confirmation page (both claim ID and no claim ID)

Acceptance Criteria

• [x] Test cases exist that cover the New Confirmation Page and Primary Path Received email
• [x] Testing is performed for New Confirmation page and the updated Received email
• [x] Any discovered defects that cause these features to fail are ticketed in the team's backlog with plans to address them
• [x] TestRail results report are linked in Collab Cycle ticket

Ran through the test cases and got stuck on the BDD one. I was seeing the correct confirmation page (with no claim id), but not receiving the email. Turns out there's a problem with the BDD flow on staging due to separation location data not matching. The received email only works if the user gets an established claim in with lighthouse

I am not sure which ticket is the collab cycle ticket, so the report is not linked. Also not sure if we want to link the report yet since we have this BDD failure
