Per Laura in this DSVA thread we need to update the CHAMPVA mailing address.

Spring City. PA 19475

Acceptance criteria:

Mailing address in the React widget has been changed from the Denver address to the one listed above
Mailing address in form 10-10d has been changed from the Denver address to the one listed above
