I was hoping to get a new category added to the datadog incident templates. I dont have permissions to modify the template. Currently there is only "external service outage" and "external service maintenance". I think we need at least two more, internal service outage and internal service maintenance.

No rush on this, its not urgent. I just dont have permissions to do the work myself.
