Feedback

Practice areas will document their feedback on the VFS-provided artifacts following the Must, Should, and Consider Framework. Platform Governance reviewers may also provide additional notes that don’t comment on the artifacts themselves but are important for implementation (eg. engineering/coding notes).

• [ ] Must: avoid use of exclusionary language such as "click" (not all users actually physically click on things!)
• [ ] Must: include an option for Veterans who have applied for GI Bill benefits but were denied
• [ ] Consider: in the "we're adding benefits" text when no results are found, consider adding a time word like "always" or "continually" to show users that things are in process
• [ ] Consider: while the link text reading "visit this page" is technically correct, it's generally not the best option for link text to explain what the link does for the user
