Hello everyone, I have a report in Production support inbox that I would like to get cleared up. I am getting several sites informing me that PCI claims are changing the “Home Facility” in BTSSS to the Preferred Facility. I know this was an issue early on with PCI that was supposed to be corrected however we are still having this issue. Unfortunately, by the preferred facility being changed in BTSSS it is causing the wrong facility to process the claim and use the incorrect VAMC’s funding.
