I am trying to merge a content-build PR. I finally got Build vagovdev and Build vagovprod checks to pass but now vagovstaging is continually eventually failing on [MANUAL GC] heapUsed: 926.76mB (0.02mB collected) rss: 4146.74mB (-0.12mB collected). Yesterday it failed after 2hrs: https://github.com/department-of-veterans-affairs/content-build/actions/runs/11947126154/job/33302607597?pr=2357.
