Out of Cycle Collab Cycle Review: Covid-19 Screener

The screener project was quickly pushed through the development cycle and did not have the chance to engage the Collaboration Cycle as thoroughly as they wanted because of the crunched deadline.

What we're looking for in this review: Any feedback from your practice area that is relevent to the work that has been done -- no matter how big or how small. One of the major questions left to answer from the team is if they should scrap the work they've done already and use a more established platform-maintained solution that they might have overlooked in the craziness of a very fast deadline.

@batemapf Do you have any KPIs you're tracking on the screener? I didn't see them in your product folder but definitely might have missed it.
