Here is a draft of the Engineering Talking Points for the engineering "best practices" onboarding meeting for VFS teams. Bear in mind that this is a very early MVP version, and will undergo much iteration as we continue to build out supporting tooling and resources in future sprints.

Can you pls review the entire document and make any recommendations that you see fit, in keeping with the "level" of the existing talking points!
