Archiving this repo #877

This repo was used temporarily as a content store for building the VA.gov website.

To my knowledge, as of ~2023 all content has been migrated to the CMS or https://github.com/department-of-veterans-affairs/content-build/

If this repo is not being used then it should be archived to prevent confusion. Does anyone know of a current usage or have other objections to doing so?

School Administrators (pages/school-administrators.md) is still active.

Update: I am on the VEBT team that maintains the SCO page. We have moved it over to a react page and deleted school-administrators.md in https://github.com/department-of-veterans-affairs/vagov-content/pull/941
