Entering partial info into Military Experience in Resume Builder doesn't behave as expected #183

For other sections, if you complete part of the section and preview your profile, that information will show in the preview. For Military Experience, if you only fill out the MOC you'll see a blank section in your preview. If you fill out the MOC and an incorrect duty station (I put "washington, dc") the app crashes. If you fill out a MOC and a branch of service (11B, Army) then the app crashes. If you fill out a MOC, branch, and Rank then the data finally persists.
