heyohhhhh yet another job search page - in case the other is not possible without many hours of work.

but with less surgery (and with less beautiful)

Assigning to @cfeeney-va - search results aren't working for me but I have a feeling this might be my env because there aren't errors.

Pushed a few small edits. 2 open issues before this PR should be merged:

@cfeeney-va When I do a search that returns results in the "More Jobs" section, the font/layout there seems to be off
@emilyville the footer with Coursera, LinkedIn, and Resume Builder links feels out of place. Can we remove or add context?

Merging with note that piano keys at bottom still need some work and @emilyville is aware.
