Discovery: Measurement of Formation Utility Classes #1221

Overview

Look into creating a usage measurement for the utility classes (vads-*). We want to collect data as granularly as possible, but we would also like to display it using categories. We would need to figure out if total number count or line graph would be better to present the data on DOMO. Also research if potentially each app would be a bucket that we would look into to determine the usage.
