Adding 2 military address labels and changing "Physical" to "Home"

Hi @humancompanion-usds,

I made some minor content updates on the address pattern page that are ready for you to review and merge when you have a minute.

The changes:

Updated the content consideration CSV file with the changes we already discussed
Combined the layout details into one, since the "Multiple address" and "Single address" layout were nearly the same.
