Experimental Design [icon removal: event_available]

What

Currently, in the mapping of iconography over to the newva-icon library, there is a discrepancy and there are two icons noted for "Appointments" usage. Teams working across MyHealtheVet have communicated with the auth experience teams, and we would all like to consolidate the icons for Appointments, so that only one of these icons is used consistently for this purpose.

We'd like to suggest:

Removing the: event_available icon (with the checkmark that is filed under the Profile section in this documentation)
Using calendar_today for all instances of appointments

Purpose

Enforces greater consistency with iconography in relation to appointments on VA.gov

Usage

Teams will use the calendar_today icon in the My HealtheVet secondary navigation component and in other places within the health portal, as well as in the profile/MyVA to refer to Appointments.
