Add text alignment options to borderless table #2846

Bug Report

[x] I’ve searched for any related issues and avoided creating a duplicate issue.

What happened

The table guidance from USWDS requires different data be aligned differently.

Right-align numerical data. Align numbers that represent a sum to the right using the text alignment utilities on the table cells.

The VADS table doesn't have options to change the text alignment of the cell.

Add options for text-alignment to the table so text within the VADS table can be right-aligned for numerical data.
