va-segmented-progress-bar: Text is not wrapping correctly #2862

Bug Report

What happened

Wrapping is not correct. The title wraps underneath the number when it shouldn't.

What I expected to happen

Formation version:
Device: (e.g. iPhone 8, Macbook)
