Experimental Design [404 page not found] #2912

What

A React version of the Drupal 404 page not found pattern for use in React applications.

Examples

Here is the Figma mock-up of the Drupal component. At this point I'm unsure where this file should live, so I have it in our team's MHV landing page Figma (clearly not the right place). I would love direction on the best place to move it.

Next steps

I'm wondering if this can be approved async since the purpose of this ticket is primarily to document this work (creation of the React component). If I'm wrong, and important details are missing, please let me know and I'll make another try at this ticket.

Also, wanted to add an updated version of the design. We received CAIA and A11Y feedback and implemented changes. Here is a link to the updated file. Also now replacing the link in the original ticket above.

@caw310 our notes from the DSC last Thursday were to redesign our React version of the 404 to closely approximate the USWDS 404 design here. We created a backlog ticket for this and will follow-up when we've gotten a chance to dive into this further. // cc @fmccaf1
