What problem does this solve?

While reviewing the content on https://design.va.gov/foundation/layout/ I discovered a few content errors.

First, in the phrase "whereas “float” refers to the float CSS property" there is nothing before that sentence for "whereas" to reference. I would recommend "which refers to the float CSS property" to match the language of the flexbox description later in the paragraph.

Second, that same sentence concludes with "provide by the U.S. Web Design System." In this sentence, "provide" should be replaced by "provided."
