Deprecate currency prop from va-text-input component #2989

Description

The currency prop in the va-text-input component needs to be deprecated due to the introduction of a custom prefix input field.

Tasks

[ ] Mark the currency prop as deprecated in the component's code.
[ ] Update eslint rule to include deprecation warning for currency prop.
