Bug: va-memorable-date displaying extra line break

What happened

This bug was reported by check-in team during their staging review. Details are in ticket 89003

Description In the section where users are asked to confirm their name and date of birth to confirm their identity, there is an errant line break in the text description. Currently the line reads "Please enter 2 digits for the month and day | and 4 digits for the year" where the vertical line indicates a line break.

Remove the extra line break from this content. Line breaks should scale with content as needed

What I think we're talking about here is that the USWDS style .usa-legend has a max-width; not necessarily that there's an "extra line break". Is this an actual issue that we want to override from the USWDS system?
