What happened

The health enrollment team was requested to make updates to the health care "need help" portion of the footer.

• In Figma, we are using the component from the VADS Component Library > Need Help? > health care version. Our current work around is to use content overrides on these components

What I expected to happen

The boilerplate default content to match the update so content overrides are not needed for the health care Need Help? footer

This doesn’t appear to be a bug, we just need to add another variation to Ned Help? component in Figma so designers have the option to select a variation with this verbiage. We currently have 4 variations, all with different verbiage in this component.
