Alert component text alignment in wide settings

What happened

Beyond a width of 1056px, the alert text box starts drifting right. @babsdenney has mentioned that the USWDS components do not do this and it is a bug. Happens in all alert severities, slim and normal, as far as I can tell.

What I expected to happen

For the text within the alert to stay left-aligned in the container.

I did not check whether the alert in production does this, I am only commenting on the Figma component.
