CLIq is not working after login #36

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.after login and verfying query successfully it shows below error

directory already exist delet it first..
But when i check there is no directory for such name.

what to do?

i am on Windows 7. if it is a problem pls guide step by step

Can you provide a screen shot?  You could try deleting the "cliq_process" 
directory  and retry.
Does this happen every time?

But there is no such directory i have checked. i am using Win 7...
my collegue can run this fine he is on Win XP...

The only other Windows 7 issue I have heard of is the "Access Denied" issue:

I will see if I can reproduce.

I am having the same exact problem.  Screen shot attached.  I am also using 
Windows 7.  Prior to upgrading my machine from XP, this had worked just fine.   
However, as part of our upgrade, we upgraded our hard drives and I forgot to 
copy my Salesforce.com directory and had to rebuild Cliq as well...

OK - I moved the files outside of the Program Files directory and now it works. 
 Must have something to do with Windows 7 read/write permissions to that 
directory.
