Switching to 13.2 made it boot immediately:

sorry, it's already running when I run run.sh again, this error is related to that

think it might be python39/python311 issue inside mfsbsd?

I rebuilt the 14.0 image with fresh ISO download (didn't see any file difference), and in testing it seems to be working normally now.

Original problem is I took a shortcut and didn't test install again after taking a new image live.

As for the AX52:

• I installed 13.2-RELEASE, then upgraded to 13.3-RELEASE
• It has a kind of weird Intel 2.5GBit NIC (so you need `ifconfig_igc0_name=untrusted')
• Did not need to disable uarts
