[Dark] [Light] Wrong HEX for blue #13

Some settings were using #1F74CF as blue colour. Solarized only defines #268BD2 as the blue part of its palette.

This online editing is great, but it’s going to get pretty messy with a new branch for each pull request and a separate commit per file. Seems I’m going to have to research Git if I want to make sane pull requests…

Just to note. Your patch branches will remain in your repo and won't get merged into the mine, so feel free to organise how you wish :)
