Possible wrong colors for html in Sublime text 2

When using this version of Solarized in ST2 it seems like I'm not getting the full gamut of colors in my html.

• What The Solarized homepage says I should see: http://ethanschoonover.com/solarized/img/screen-html-dark.png

I suppose it's mostly the orange highlights I'm missing, but I was wondering if this is due to using it in Sublime text, or an issue with the theme.

Are they still using the TextMate theme or have they ported their own version?
