1:m relationships for projects: developers, states, proposed cable landing (city), county cable landing (county), grid interconnection, port location, port location counties. Maybe three different location tables: proposed cable landing, grid interconnection, port location
How does airtable work? Are the projects and locations linked together? If not, how do we prevent them from getting out of sync?
How to archive the data?
Previous versions we just downloaded the tables as csvs then committed them into github.
I think for this round we should just download the most recent version and the current quarter to the file name and add it to GCS.
