Hey @rakshazi, first, thanks for your initiative . As you can guess from mentioned packages, this page focuses on big frameworks. It is not the point to metion all packages that use PHP and require PHP 7.1. That would kill the idea.

Saying that, I will take opinionated descision and won't accept this PR. Sorry about that.
