소지품 삭제 핸들링

🤔 해결하려는 문제가 무엇인가요?

• close #309
• 처음 진입 이후 소지품 삭제 시 삭제가 되지 않았어요. 확인한 결과 전역 상태인 currentUserTemplate이 갱신되지 않아 발생한 오류였어요.

API 스펙에서 삭제 요청에 currentUserTemplate id가 필요한데, 필요치 않으면 api 스펙 수정 요청을 드려도 좋을 거 같아요

🎉 어떻게 해결했나요?

• userTemplate 가 조회된 이후에 처음 요소를 set 하여 해결했어요
