Add links to Github and Clojars #3

Do you mean links from the dependency list to GitHub and Clojars? I would like to have at least a GitHub Link in order to review the changes made to an outdated dependency.

I think from memory I was talking about linking to the main dependencies GitHub and Clojars projects, but doing it for the dependencies as well would be quite useful I think.
