Add Types for Ghost Admin API #7

Ghost's official stance is that they're a JS shop and don't support TS. The community has added types for the GhostContentAPI but there are none yet for the GhostAdminAPI. We're only using a small subset of functions from the GhostAdminAPI for the page/post Preview functionality.

So far there is no type definition for Ghost Admin API. I hope they will add it soon.
