ATAK still locking the map item after the item is being deleted #296

Issue: Re-lock option is shown when a map item is deleted

Steps to Reproduce / Observed Results

ATAK v4.8.1.19 (03904841)[playstore].1680949406 Device: Pixel 3a Android build: 32

  1. Open ATAK
  2. Tap on the point dropper icon
  3. Select any marker and tap on anywhere on the map
  4. Observe that the marker shows up on the map
  5. Tap on the marker
  6. Tap on the item lock
  7. Observe that the marker is now locked
  8. Tap on the marker again
  9. Tap on the delete button
  10. Tap on yes to confirm delete
  11. Observe that the marker now deleted
  12. Observe that the re-lock option shows up
  13. Tap on re-lock
  14. Observe that the item lock icon enabled
  15. Scroll around the map
  16. Observe that no item has been lock (PROBLEM)

Expected Results Re-lock option should be shown if the item has been deleted
