The callsign can be maxed out with "WWW...WWW" for instance and be forced to go off the screen. On smaller screens this is a problem that will occur more often without maxing out the callsign character limit.
In the picture below you can see that when the max Characters allow of all W's is entered the left side of the callout bubble is pushed off the screen.
